Point 1:   Learn recipe

Learn how to bake buttermilk scone.

Even though you’ve selected only two out of six, we’ll give you all the useful tips to apply to other scones.

 

 

Point 2:  Prepare the ingredients and knead the dough

Measure and prepare the ingredients. Knead the scone dough, and let it “rest.”

 

 

Point 3:  Shape and bake on a pan

Shape and cut the dough as you like. Neatly align the dough on a baking pan, and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.

 

 

Point 4:  Cool and wrap it

Let’s taste the crispy, freshly baked scones! Remaining scones are cooled, then carefully wrapped.
