Point 2: Learn the Basic Boxing Form

Learn the basic boxing forms you can easily follow.

 

Point 3: Sandbag training

Wash off all the stress by hitting the sandbag.

 

Point 4: Mitt training

Utilize the forms you learned through 1:1 Mitt training.

 

Point 5: Cool down

    넘 힘들었어요. 다른거 다 좋은데 장소가 아무리 지하에 있다보니까 냄새 좀나요. 특히 비염환자같은 코가 예민한 분들이. 관장님이 친절하시고 잘 가르쳐 주셨어요. 초보자라도 많이 격려를 해주시고요. 재밌었오요.
